CPR Housing CIC is on a passionate and committed journey to provide high quality accommodation and much needed support to vulnerable and homeless people in Gloucestershire and Bristol.
Our desire to provide exceptional care has motivated us to launch this new enterprise in the United Kingdom, specialised in social care housing for those suffering from mental illnesses, learning difficulties, homelessness, and emergency housing.

Chima Onuoha
Chima's journey is one of resilience and purpose, propelled by more than a decade of diverse experience in mental health and learning disability settings. Chima brings great experience to CPR Housing CIC, having supported persons with a wide range of diagnoses and challenging presentations.
Chima as a former Regional Operations Manager, offered strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure creative and effective services. He also worked as a registered service manager for a national care organisation, where he successfully managed and improved an inadequate rated service that was facing closure. Chima also contributed significantly as a registered manager and Project Coordinator for Milestones Trust, where he oversaw home care, residential, and supported living services across several projects and locations.
Chima's leadership at CPR Housing CIC is motivated by a desire to provide exceptional care, challenge limits, and embrace industry trends.

Paul Hunter
Paul Hunter joins CPR Housing CIC with over a decade of experience as a Senior Operations Director in the hospitality industry. His extensive background ensures that all properties managed by CPR Housing are meticulously maintained.
Paul collaborates closely with maintenance teams to address repairs and resolve issues promptly, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants.
His expertise in project management is invaluable for overseeing refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Paul's dedication to operational excellence and his eye for detail make him a vital asset to our team, enhancing the quality and sustainability of our housing solutions.

Ruth Hunter
Ruth Hunter brings extensive experience as a property investor and developer to the CPR Housing CIC management team. With a successful portfolio of supported living accommodations, Ruth is dedicated to creating accessible housing solutions and speaks around the UK and overseas about the housing crisis.
Her passion for providing high-quality, supportive environments for individuals with learning and physical disabilities drives her commitment.
